Marie Le is one of the original founders of Fresh & Natural. She has served as President since the inception of the company. Her calm and steady leadership inspires our on-site and corporate managers to perform at their best, while her vast business and food service experience allows her to see upcoming industry trends and reposition the company to take full advantage of what is hot. Marie's greatest asset is the ability to understand others and how to serve them best.
Norma Moreno,
COO
Norma has been around food service her entire life. Norma joined Fresh & Natural at its founding and is currently the COO. Her main goal is to build long term business relationships based on professional practices and trust. Norma has over 30+ years in food, serving at both the operational and corporate levels, and has a very simple philosophy:

Tom Dawson,
Director of Marketing
After serving in the military, Tom completed a degree in business and held various management positions in sales and food service jobs. Always an entrepreneur with a passion for food, Tom formed his own industrial catering company. After working with the company founders on several occasions, Tom was recruited to apply his vast food and business experience to the Fresh & Natural sales and marketing teams. Tom continually provides great insight into the constant ebb and flow of the food industry.

A younger addition to the Fresh & Natural team, Thomas brings his enthusiasm and energy to revamping the company image. He serves the company marketing and sales department in expanding and improving the Fresh & Natural customer base.
Peter Dinh,
Corporate Operations Manager
Peter has been with Fresh & Natural since its earliest days and brings his vast operational knowledge to improve on-site food service at our many cafeterias. With his friendly demeanor and personable attitude, Peter connects well with our customers and our on-site managers. Peter is a great problem solver, and specializes in cafeteria improvements and redesign.
Mary Kwon,
Mary joined Fresh & Natural after a lengthy career in restaurant operations. Mary has managed several Denny's Restaurants, owned and operated her own restaurant, and served as an on-site manager at several Fresh & Natural locations. She now brings her vast restaurant knowledge and experience to Fresh & Natural in her role as an operational and quality control manager, ensuring that our locations are serving delicious food in a safe and above par environment.
Loan Huynh,
Loan Huynh is one of the most versatile members of the Fresh & Natural corporate team. After working in her family food business for many years, Loan joined Fresh & Natural where she has held many positions within the company over the past 15 years, including: working in an administrative role as an insurance and accounting manager, working as a corporate inspection manager, working as a corporate trouble shooter, and working as an on-site cook and manager. Loan's vast experience and skill set make her a great asset and manager.
Chef Anthony Thomas,
Corporate Executive Chef
After completing his culinary degree at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, CA, Chef Anthony worked in several positions as head chef and manager at such employers as Le Boulanger, California Dining and Sodexo. Chef Anthony brings a great background in recipe and menu development, as well as a background in nutrition, to Fresh & Natural Food Service Group.
